Nothing in the world is the way it ought to be. It’s harsh, and cruel, but that’s why there’s us. Champions. Doesn’t matter where we come from, what we’ve done, or suffered – or even if we make a difference. We live as though the world were as it should be to show it what it can be.

My favorite Joss Whedon quote is:
"If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of Hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater."
I've previously been accused of being insensitive when I quote that line because, I can only assume, they believe I am wrongfully downplaying the former sin. All I can do is assure them that they don't understand how seriously I take the latter.
Hahaha, I'm awfully fond of that one too.
I also like, "Sir, I think you have a problem with your brain being missing."
Sigh. Firefly was such a brilliant, brilliant, brilliant show. That it didn't run for more than a season is proof positive of the state of the world as expressed in my quote of the day.
